Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ShiftSync (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of the agency, company, or organization you represent (the “Customer”, “you”). If you don't have authority to bind that organization, don't proceed.
2. The Service
ShiftSync is a multi-tenant operations platform for telemarketing and lead-generation agencies — staff scheduling and attendance, role-based dashboards, two-stage lead qualification, commission-based payroll, and, on eligible plans, a client-facing portal, dialer integration, live floor monitoring, and forecasting. Plans and features are described on the Pricing page, which is part of these Terms.
3. Accounts & tenancy
Each Customer operates as an isolated tenant. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you or your staff enter, for the roles and permissions you grant your own staff, and for keeping account credentials confidential. You're responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms.
4. Plans, billing & trials
Subscription fees are billed in EGP via Kashier, on the plan and cadence you select. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. A free trial, where offered, runs for the stated period and does not auto-convert to a paid plan without your action. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Client portal
Growth and Enterprise plans let you provision secure portal access for your own clients. You are responsible for having the right to share the data you expose to them (contracts, campaigns, delivered leads, invoices) and for managing who at your client organization holds that access.
6. Dialer integration & call data
Where you connect your own dialer, you are responsible for ensuring your call recording, monitoring, and data-collection practices comply with the laws applicable to you and your agents (including any call-recording consent requirements). ShiftSync ingests and processes the call data your dialer provides; it does not place, initiate, or record calls itself.
7. Your data
You own the data you and your staff put into the Service. You grant ShiftSync a license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your data to train models for other customers or sell it to third parties.
8. Acceptable use
- No attempting to access another tenant's data or circumvent tenant isolation.
- No uploading unlawful content or data you don't have the right to process.
- No interfering with the Service's security or availability (scraping, load-testing without consent, reverse engineering).
- No using the Service to violate applicable labor, telecom, or data-protection law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the Service or other tenants. You may cancel at any time; cancellation terms and any applicable refund are governed by the Refund Policy.
10. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't warrant outcomes (lead volume, commission accuracy against third-party dialer data, etc.) beyond what the Service itself computes from the data you provide.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftSync's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ShiftSync against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights — including claims related to your dialer's call-recording practices or the data you expose via the client portal.
13. Governing law

14. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to Agency owners before they take effect.
